Databeauty Tribe Limited Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Databeauty Tribe.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Databeauty Tribe website, community, training programmes, mentorship opportunities, Business Challenges, events and other services offered by Databeauty Tribe.
By accessing our website, creating an account, joining our community, registering for a programme or participating in any Databeauty Tribe activity, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Who We Are
Databeauty Tribe is a data analytics community and training provider based in Abuja, Nigeria.

3. Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services.
Our programmes are primarily designed for students, professionals, aspiring data professionals and other individuals seeking professional development.
If you are below the age at which you can legally enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction, you should use our paid services only with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
4. Your Account
Some parts of our services may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information;
- Keep your login details and password secure;
- Not share your account with another person;
- Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission; and
- Accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account where you have failed to keep your account credentials secure.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been seriously violated, the account is being used fraudulently or unlawfully, or suspension is necessary to protect Databeauty Tribe, its members or other users.
5. Our Programmes and Services
Databeauty Tribe may offer Data Analytics training, AI Automation training, community learning and networking activities, mentorship or mentorship waitlists, Business Challenges, workshops, webinars, live sessions, educational resources and other programmes or services announced through our official channels.
The specific content, duration, schedule, instructors, price and requirements of a programme will be communicated on the relevant registration or programme page.
We may improve, update or reasonably modify a programme where necessary. Where a significant change affects a programme you have already paid for, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance.
6. Payments
The price of a paid programme will be displayed before you complete registration or payment.
Your place in a programme may only be confirmed after you complete the required registration process and we receive and verify the required payment.
Unless we clearly state otherwise, participants are responsible for ensuring that payment is completed by the deadline communicated for the programme.
Where instalment payments are offered, the applicable payment schedule will be communicated before or during registration.
Failure to complete an agreed payment may result in suspension of access to the programme until payment is resolved.
7. Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers
If you register for a paid programme and later decide not to participate, you should contact us as soon as possible at databeautytribe@gmail.com.
Refund eligibility, if any, may depend on when you request cancellation, whether the programme has already started, whether you have already received access to paid materials or services, and the specific terms communicated for that programme.
Where a programme has a separate refund policy, that policy will apply to the extent that it does not conflict with applicable law.
If Databeauty Tribe cancels a paid programme before it begins and is unable to provide a suitable alternative, affected participants may be offered a transfer to another cohort, credit toward another programme or a refund, as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.
Where spaces are available and the programme structure allows it, we may permit a participant to transfer to another cohort. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on the timing of the request and the circumstances of the programme.
8. Community Conduct
Databeauty Tribe is intended to be a respectful and collaborative learning environment. When participating in our website, WhatsApp community, live sessions, events or other activities, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate another person;
- Discriminate against another person;
- Post hateful, unlawful or seriously offensive content;
- Spam members or repeatedly send unsolicited promotional messages;
- Use the community to sell products or services without permission;
- Share another person's private or personal information without permission;
- Impersonate another person;
- Deliberately disrupt learning sessions or community activities;
- Share paid course materials with people who have not been authorised to access them; or
- Use our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
We may remove content, restrict participation or remove a participant from the community where these rules are violated. Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal. Refunds will not automatically be provided where removal results from a serious breach of these Terms or community rules.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Databeauty Tribe owns or has permission to use the content, branding, designs, training materials, website content and other resources we provide.
You may use these materials for your personal learning and professional development. You may not, without our written permission:
- Reproduce or resell our paid materials;
- Distribute course content to unauthorised persons;
- Upload our materials to another platform for public or commercial use;
- Present our materials as your own;
- Use our branding in a misleading way;
- Teach or commercially redistribute our proprietary course materials as though they were your own.
10. Business Challenges and Participant Work
Participants retain ownership of original work they create and submit as part of a Databeauty Tribe Business Challenge.
By submitting work to a Business Challenge, you give Databeauty Tribe a limited permission to review and assess the submission for the purpose of administering and judging the challenge.
If we wish to publicly feature a participant's project, dashboard, submission or name for promotional or educational purposes, we have the complete permission.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that materials submitted to a challenge do not unlawfully infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
Challenge deadlines, judging criteria and any prizes will be communicated in the rules for the relevant challenge. Unless otherwise stated in those rules, judging decisions are final.
11. No Guarantee of Employment or Career Outcomes
Our programmes are designed to support learning and professional development.
However, Databeauty Tribe does not guarantee employment, a job offer, a promotion, business success or any other particular career or financial outcome. Results depend on many factors, including your participation, effort, existing skills, experience and circumstances.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website or programmes may link to or use third-party services such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google services, payment providers, learning platforms or other external tools. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Databeauty Tribe is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites or platforms.
13. Suspension or Termination
You may stop participating in Databeauty Tribe at any time. You may request account closure by contacting us at databeautytribe@gmail.com.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious breach of these Terms, fraudulent or unlawful activity, repeated violation of community rules, non-payment of required fees, or protection of our users, systems or services.
Termination of an account does not automatically create a right to a refund.
14. Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and reliable services. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption, every programme will meet every participant's expectations, or all content will always be free from errors.
Educational content is provided for general learning purposes and should not automatically be treated as professional, financial, legal or other specialised advice.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Databeauty Tribe will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this document. Where a significant change affects a programme or service that you have already paid for, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Nigerian law.
